Torii Medical stands behind the quality of their products and maintains a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your Torii Medical™ product, you may return it to us for a refund*.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee makes it easy, convenient, and safe for you to shop with us. We guarantee the finest quality, service, and value.

YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL!

Only one OPENED case or package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in their original unopened container. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase (date of invoice). To ensure proper refund, please follow the refund/return procedures below.

Provider must call (303) 789-9360 and receive a “Return Authorization” number from an official Torii Medical™ Customer Service Representative. Although not required, we recommend that you ship the product with “delivery confirmation” from USPS, UPS, FEDEX or other carrier as we are not responsible for products lost in shipping.

Provider must include a letter or note stating the reason for the return, along with the return authorization number included with the return package.

Provider is responsible for returning product to the Torii Medical™ facility including paying for all return shipping and/or handling charges. Product will be inspected prior to authorizing exchange, return or refund.

All products returned without return authorization number is subject to a $10 processing fee.
